Teen Mom star, Kailyn Lowry, gave birth to her fourth son a week ago and on August 10, 2020, shared his first photograph with the world. The actor also revealed the meaningful name of the baby and the inspiration behind it. The baby is called ‘Creed’ and it stands for ‘guiding principle’. In the picture, Kailyn is cradling her son who’s securely covered in his Highway 3 blanket.
Some fans commented on the picture asking if the reference of the name has something to do with the character of ‘Creed’ on ‘The Office’. But, Kailyn Lowry explained that the reference is from another movie – Creed. The 2015 movie’s character Apollo Creed, played by Michael B. Jordan is the inspiration behind the baby’s name. His full name is Romello Creed Lopez.
Kailyn had earlier shared that her pregnancy is not going smooth because of her iron deficiency and weight. She was also not in a very happy state of mind for quite some time due to her rifts with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez. However, on July 30, Kailyn Lowry announced that she has given birth to a beautiful baby boy and both of them are healthy.
Kailyn is mother to three other kids apart from Creed – Issac Rivers, Lincoln Marroquin, and Lux Lowry. She shares Lux and Creed with Chris Lopez but, Chris will reportedly not be involved in his new son’s life.
